Abdul Ilah Farran:

Abdul Ilah Farran has obtained his Bachelor in Lebanese and French Private Law from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut and the Université de Lyon (France) in 1959, as well as his Bachelor in Political Sciences in the same year.
Abdul Ilah Farran joined the Beirut Bar in 1963, and founded his individual practice known then as The Law Office of Abdul Ilah Farran. This law practice has started to grow rapidly, and in the year 2000 it became Farran Law Firm combining many partners and associates.
Abdul Ilah Farran offers his skills in many languages, such as the Arabic, French and English, and he is mainly specialized in real estate matters, business and corporate matters.
He is on the board of several prestigious local and international companies, such as the National Broadcasting Network (NBN TV) - Beirut, Azur Management – Beirut, Amsonia – Bahamas.

Elias Maghariki:

Elias Maghariki has obtained his Bachelor in Lebanese and French Private Law from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut in 1959, and has joined the Beirut Bar in 1963.
Elias Maghariki has joined The Law Office of Abdul Ilah Farran in 1992, and has contributed in the real estate law department as well as the civil law.

He is now an associate of Farran Law Firm and his experience in this field of law is growing rapidly.

Tarek Farran:

Tarek Farran studied at the Saint Joseph University in Beirut where he has obtained his Bachelor in Private Law, and he obtained his Masters in Business and Economic Law with distinction from the Universté de Rennes 1 – France.

Tarek Farran has been trained in the most prestigious law firms in Beirut and Paris, and has also participated in many seminars such as the “Seminar on
Basics of Licensing and Transfer of Technology » (Licencing Executive Society), and the « Seminar on the Stock Trading Basics seminar » (Business Investment Developpers – Fund Financial Advisors, Beirut).

During his Masters degree, Tarek has wrote a study assessing on the reallocation of power versus the transfer of assets experienced during the enterprise transfer process (La transmission de l’entreprise est-elle un transfert du pouvoir ou une cession d’avoirs?), and his thesis’s topic was « An analytical review of the statutory rules of joint stock companies’ voting power » (Les règles statutaires concernant le droit de vote dans les sociétés par actions). He has also published an article titled : « A methodological literature review of the various aspects of business permit for expatriates » (La carte du commercant
étranger ) – coauthors Karine Grevain and Mohamed Diakité, Revue de l’Ecole Doctrorale de l’Université de Rennes 1, 1999.

Now Tarek is a Ph.D. candidate at the Saint Joseph University, working on his thesis which topic is: “Legal and fiscal regulatory aspects of the transfer of the enterprise » (L’organisation de la transmission de l’entreprise: aspects juridiques et fiscaux).

Tarek has joined the Beirut Bar in 1998 and has joined Farran Law Firm in 2000, and became a partner in the year 2001. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English languages with which he drafts consultations and contracts for the Firm’s clients. Tarek is specialized in Business and Corporate Law, real estate law, tax law and banking law. He advises his clients in tax planning.

Tarek is member of the Institute of Family and Entrepreneurial Business (the IFEB), which was created by the school of Business at the Lebanese American University to help professionals solve their family problems while enhancing the continuity, wealth and growth of their family enterprise.

Tarek is on the board of several companies such as TRB Liban SAL, VisioGlobe, Don, Blue Diamonds and Afrixa Nigeria Ltd.

Samer Younes:

Samer Younes has obtained his Bachelor in Private Law from the La Sagesse University, Beirut in the year 1998, and has joined the Farran Law Firm in the year 1999.

Samer has joined the Beirut Bar in the year 1999 and is specialized mainly in Criminal Law.

Samer Younes is a former member of the Municipality of the Majdel Tarchich Village, and works closely as a private counsel of many politicians and big local companies.

Hanadi Dandan:

Hanadi Dandan has obtained her Bachelor in Private Law from the Saint joseph University in Beirut in the year 1999, and studied at the Boston University where she obtained her LLM in Banking Law in the year 2000.

Hanadi has joined the Farran Law Firm in the year 2000 and has worked in several mainly the business and corporate law and the banking law.

Hanadi offers her skills in Arabic, French and English, and has offered advices and participated in drafting many laws.
